Description & Skills:
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer reports to the Chief Aircraft Engineer for assignment of work scope tasks and is responsible for the efficient execution of work scope tasks assigned. The AME performs tasks as required by the work scope efficiency and to quality standards and utilizes the applicable technical data relative to tasks performed including but not limited to maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair and modifications and fueling and de-fueling.
o Inspect aircrafts for any component defects, break-outs, fluid leakages, etc.
o Assemble and disassemble various components of aircraft during repairs and maintenance.
o Perform maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft components.
o Test aircraft operations to identify malfunctions.
o Adjust, align and calibrate aircrafts using hand tools, gauges, etc.
o Perform oil changes, battery service, hydraulic system service and other aircraft servicing tasks.
o Ensure compliance with AMM and company standards.
o Keep work area clean and safe. o Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of aircraft interiors and exteriors.
o Inform component repairs to manager and chief mechanic.
o Resolve complex technical problems and troubleshoot unusual engine and structural repairs.
o Perform compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
o Use, maintain and store company-provided tools and equipment in safe and proper manner.

Pay range between 1400 TND to 2200/month with full benefits --based on experience.

Paid onsite training: The right candidate will be trained in our location in Tunis, Tunisia and in Tozeur-Nefta International Airport to assist you speed up your sales objective. Training expenses (travel, hotel accommodations, meals, transfers, daily allowance...) will be fully paid by N-CIA.

Compensation: Performance-related pay, on commission basis.
To start, our compensation is on commission basis only. This position will lead to a permanent position as a local Branch Business Development Manager (BBDM), once the desired sales target by N-CIA is reached.
